Terms and Conditions of Sale

We accept returns; under the condition goods are returned within 14 days of receipt. All goods must be unused and in original packaging.

Conditions apply.

we cannot guarantee or replace mats that have been cut for purpose.

Faulty goods

If you have complaints regarding a faulty product(s), please contact us via email, providing pictures and a description of the fault, within 48hrs of receipt. Credit/refund and replacements at our discretion.

Factory Seconds

If you are sold goods labelled/described as factory seconds, they are sold with no exchanges/returns accepted. Upon purchase of these goods you accept these terms.

Change of mind/circumstances

If you no longer want/require goods you can return to us for a refund. Product must be in original packing and un-used. All postage costs are non-refundable.

We have a 10% handling & restocking fee. Please contact us via email for a returns authorisation number and specify reason(s) for return.

Delivery

If a delivery has failed, been delayed or takes longer than expected to unload, we cannot compensate any time lost. Failed deliveries; There will be a redelivery charge to all failed deliveries, dependant on circumstances, you may incur additional charges. If additional charges are refused then goods will be returned to us, with no delivery costs being refundable Contracted delivery is kerbside only, and may be left to avoid redelivery fees at our discretion. If you wish for the goods to be moved to a location closer to the desired point, The driver may be happy to do so, but you must be present.

Retention of Title Clause

Title to {the Goods} shall remain vested in {the Seller} and shall not pass to {the Buyer} until the purchase price for {the Goods} has been paid in full and received by {the Seller}.

Until title to {the Goods} passes:

1. {the Seller} shall have authority to retake, sell or otherwise deal with and/or dispose of all or any part of {the Goods};

a. {the Seller} and its agents and employees shall be entitled at any time and without the need to give notice enter upon any property upon which {the Goods} or any part are stored, or upon which {the Seller} reasonably believes them to be kept;

b. {the Buyer} shall store or mark {the Goods} in a manner reasonably satisfactory to {the Seller} indicating that title to {the Goods} remains vested in {the Seller}; and

c. {the Buyer} shall insure {the Goods} to their full replacement value, and arrange for {the Seller} to be noted on the policy of insurance as the loss payee.

2. Irrespective of whether title to {the Goods} remains vested in {the Seller}, risk in {the Goods} shall pass to {the Buyer} upon delivery.
